Constitutional Reform
Constitutional Reform Identifying minimum requirements for Council and public servent positions. Discuss whether all positions should be paid salaries with the revenue shortfalls. Allow all enrolled members to vote as enrolled Lummi members. Identify barriers created when members are required to live in Whatcom County, including their voices, contributions, & access to healthcare. Allow tribal members to contribute to decision-making within the Lummi Nation.
